The 2023 vintage is Syrah-dominant, possibly blended with Grenache or Cinsault, sourced from cooler sites across the Western Cape. These high-altitude vineyards provide freshness and complexity to the final blend.
Naturally fermented (often with a portion of whole clusters) and aged in older French oak barrels, this wine captures purity, finesse, and a sense of place.
